Ghost Sound (“the App”) is an audio-level detection tool that measures environmental sound intensity on your device. We respect your privacy and are committed to full transparency.

    Ghost Sound does not collect, store, process, transmit, or share any personal or non-personal data. We do not access or upload recordings, microphone input, device identifiers, locations, contacts, media, or any information whatsoever.

  2. 2. Microphone Access

    The App requires microphone access solely for real-time sound level detection and visualization on your device.

    • All audio processing happens locally on your device.
    • No audio is recorded, saved, uploaded, or transmitted to any server.

  3. 3. No Tracking

    We do not use:

    • Analytics
    • Ads but Google Ads.
    • Cookies
    • Third-party trackers
    • Cloud services for data storage

    There is no user account, login, or profile.

  4. 4. No Responsibility / Limitation of Liability

    Ghost Sound is provided “as is” without any warranties, guarantees, or claims of accuracy, reliability, medical or professional suitability. Users are responsible for interpreting all sound-analysis outputs.

    The developer of Ghost Sound shall not be held liable for:

    • Any damage, loss, or legal issues arising from the use or inability to use the App.
    • Any consequences related to safety, security, health, or decision-making based on results from the App.

    Use of the App is entirely at your own risk.

  5. 5. Third-Party Access

    Since we do not collect or store data, we do not share anything with third parties, government agencies, legal bodies, advertisers, or affiliates.

  6. 6. Children’s Privacy

    Ghost Sound does not collect any data from anyone, including children under 13. The App may be used without providing any identifying information.

    We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the Effective Date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
