Were Gods Astronauts?

The Bible is full of mysteries and contradictions.

The origin of life begins with the creation of the Earth, which geologists have explained with precision. But who first stated that minerals came before plants and that plants existed before animals?

In our religious scriptures, God has always used the plural form—such as "we" instead of "I." This could mean that there are multiple gods rather than just one.

Genesis 6:1-2 states that when humans were born on Earth and gave birth to daughters, the sons of God saw that these daughters were beautiful and took them as their wives. Now, who can explain who these sons of God were that married human daughters? In ancient Israel, there was only one God, so where did these sons of God come from?

At that time, there were giant beings on Earth. Ancient writings mention that divine messengers (angels) married human daughters and had children, who later grew up to be powerful and famous.

Whenever the sons of God are mentioned in the scriptures as having relationships with humans, the presence of giants is also noted. These giants were spread across the Earth, from ancient times to the southernmost regions of the planet. Stories from Tiahuanaco and Eskimo legends also mention these beings, calling them gods or messengers. These colossal giants are described in almost all ancient texts, which suggests that they indeed existed.

The question is—what kind of beings were they? Were they our ancestors who built massive structures, or were they technologically advanced astronauts from another planet? One thing is certain: according to the Bible, these giants were considered the sons of God, and they had relationships with human women, producing children.

For more information related to this, one should read Genesis 19:1-28.

In the evening, two angels arrived in Sodom, and at that time, Father Lot was sitting near the city gate. At first, he thought they were angels, but later, it became clear that they were not from the city, though they looked like humans. Because of this, Father Lot welcomed them warmly and even offered them a place to stay for the night.

According to the Bible, the people of the city wanted to know more about these strangers. However, these two strangers faced some trouble from the local troublemakers. In response, they distanced them and temporarily blinded those who were harassing them.

Genesis 19:12-14

According to this passage, the angels told Father Lot to take his wife, children, daughters, and sons-in-law and leave the city as soon as possible because it was about to be destroyed. However, his family members did not take this warning seriously. They thought Father Lot was joking.

The Escape from Sodom

When morning came, the angels hurried Lot and instructed him to take his wife, daughters, and family and leave immediately so they would not perish with the city. The angels then led them out of the city.

After this, it became evident that these two strangers, identified as angels, possessed some divine powers unknown to the city's residents. The speed and urgency with which they led Father Lot’s family out of the city make us think deeply. The angels instructed Lot to flee to the mountains and not to look back.

Even after everything that had happened, Father Lot did not seem to respect the two angels, perhaps because he did not want to leave. Later, the angels said they could do nothing if Lot refused to go with them.

Mystery of Sodom’s Destruction

There are still some mysteries about what happened in Sodom at that time. We cannot say whether these two angels were following a specific timetable, but they seemed to be in a hurry. Did they know the city was on the verge of destruction? Had the countdown already begun?

Was there no other way to save Father Lot’s family? Why was it necessary for them to escape to the high mountains? And why were they strictly forbidden to look back at the city?

The atomic bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki in 1945 resulted in devastating casualties. Estimates vary, but generally accepted figures include:

  • Hiroshima: Approximately 70,000-80,000 immediate deaths, with the total rising to an estimated 90,000-146,000 by the end of 1945 due to radiation and injuries.
  • Nagasaki: Approximately 40,000 immediate deaths, with the total rising to an estimated 50,000-80,000 by the end of 1945.
  • Long-term effects: Tens of thousands more suffered from radiation-related illnesses, including cancers and birth defects, over the subsequent decades.

The interpretation of the biblical accounts of Sodom and Gomorrah as a nuclear event is a speculative theory and is not supported by historical or scientific consensus. The biblical text describes the destruction as divine intervention, and there is no archaeological evidence to substantiate the claim of a nuclear explosion.

The description of Lot's wife turning into a "pillar of salt" is a biblical narrative and is generally understood within a theological context. Similarly, the descriptions in Ezekiel are interpreted by religious scholars as symbolic visions, rather than literal accounts of extraterrestrial spacecraft.

The passage from Genesis 19:27-28 describes smoke rising from the destroyed cities, which is consistent with the destruction of a city by fire, regardless of the cause.

The interpretation of God's actions and motivations is a matter of faith and theological interpretation. Different religious traditions and individuals hold diverse beliefs about these matters.

The description of Ezekiel's vision, including the "storm wind," "great cloud," and "fire flashing forth," are often interpreted as symbolic representations of divine power and glory. The interpretation of these descriptions as literal accounts of aircraft or extraterrestrial beings is a specific interpretation held by some individuals and groups, but is not the dominant interpretation within mainstream religious scholarship.

Let's revisit Ezekiel's precise description:

He stated that it all began with the appearance of a wheel below, and all four of them looked in one direction. It seemed pleasing to the eye, as if there was another wheel inside the wheel. There was a ring connecting them, and that ring was filled with many eyes. When these living beings began to move back, the wheels lifted and turned inward.

He said that each wheel was inside another wheel. If we think about it today, it resembles the vehicles used by America in deserts and swampy areas. He also mentioned that all four wheels came to the ground together and lifted up together. This seems accurate because, even with helicopters today, they all rise simultaneously when taking off. Ezekiel heard a loud noise and hid his face on the ground because he was terrified. The strange beings wanted to talk to Ezekiel and called him "Son of Man."

After this description, Ezekiel also said that when the vehicle lifted off from the ground, it made a very loud noise. The divine being told Ezekiel that it was his responsibility to guide the nation properly. They took him into their aircraft and told him that they had not yet abandoned this land. This left a deep impression on Ezekiel, and he shared this experience with many people. He always described it as a wheel within a wheel, with wheels on all sides. He was deeply moved when he saw that the entire aircraft had eyes on its wings, whether at the front or back.

Ezekiel listened seriously to the divine beings and promised to fulfill the task they had given him.

Now, many questions arise:

Who spoke to Ezekiel? And what did they look like?

It is true that they were not God because if they were, they wouldn't need an aircraft to travel from one place to another. We cannot call these beings the Almighty God.

Exodus 15:10 mentions the precise instructions given by God to Moses for building the Ark of the Covenant. These instructions were so detailed that they even specified how to place the rings and utensils, which metals and alloys to use, and how everything should be made exactly as commanded. Moses was repeatedly warned not to make any mistakes.

God told Moses that He would speak to him while sitting on the Mercy Seat. He also warned that no one should approach the Ark of the Covenant without following specific rules, including the type of clothes and footwear they must wear. These instructions had to be followed even when transporting the Ark from one place to another.

Despite all these precautions, a mistake occurred. (2 Samuel 6:2)

David was moving the Ark of the Covenant from one place to another, and Uzzah was helping to guide the cart. At one point, due to the movement of the cattle, the Ark had to be steadied, and Uzzah held onto it. However, at that very moment, he died on the spot—it seemed as if he was struck by lightning.

There is no doubt that electricity was flowing through the Ark. If we try to understand this principle in today’s context, we will realize that the instructions given to Moses involved carrying an electric conductor from one place to another, which contained thousands of volts of electricity.

The golden crown placed on top of this conductor was there to charge the condenser. This golden crown was made by combining gold plates with positive and negative conductors. The method of constructing the Ark of the Covenant can be read in detail in the Bible.

It appeared that there were some bright objects around the Ark, which Moses used as transmitters whenever he needed to communicate with the gods. Moses only heard the voices of these gods; he never saw them. However, there was an instance when Moses expressed his desire to see the gods, and the response he received was:

"You cannot see my face, for no human can see me and live. There is a place where you can stand on a rock, and perhaps you may catch a glimpse of me. And when my glory passes by, I will place you in the cleft of the rock and cover you with my hand until I have passed. Then, I will remove my hand, and you will see my back, but my face must not be seen." (Exodus 33:20-23)

There are astonishing similarities in ancient books and scriptures. The Fifth Tablet of the Epic of Gilgamesh, which dates back to the Sumerian period and predates the Bible, contains similar statements:

"Whoever has gone to the place where the gods reside has never returned. Whoever has seen the face of the gods has perished."

Apart from this, many ancient texts in human history contain similar statements. What could be the reason that the gods did not want to show their faces? Why did they never remove their helmets and masks? What were they afraid of? And is everything written about them in Exodus borrowed from the Epic of Gilgamesh?

Perhaps Moses was brought into the royal households of Egypt, where he was granted access to libraries and was able to acquire ancient knowledge from there.

It is also written that David, who lived for many years, fought against a giant creature with six fingers and six toes (2 Samuel 21:18-22).

We should certainly consider that all these ancient historical stories were collected and distributed across different nations, where each culture created its own modified versions.

In recent days, the investigations conducted on the Dead Sea have revealed very significant and astonishing findings related to the Biblical Book of Genesis. Previously unknown scriptures have been discovered, describing celestial chariots, heavenly mechanisms, large wheels, and smoke emitted by those machines.

In the Moses Apocalypse (Chapter 33), Eve saw a bright light in the sky, being carried by four shining eagles. Eventually, this chariot moved toward Adam, and smoke started emerging from between its wheels. While this story itself was not new, the mention of a luminous chariot, wheels, and smoke, along with its connection to Adam and Eve, made it noteworthy.

One incident is mentioned in the Lamech Scroll, though only fragments of it have been preserved, making it difficult to understand the full passage. However, one particular event stands out as highly significant.

"Once, Lamech, who was the father of Noah, returned home and was greatly astonished because he saw a boy who did not resemble their family. Lamech told his wife, Bat-Enoch, that this child was not his. However, Bat-Enoch insisted that the child was indeed his and was not the offspring of any soldier, stranger, or even the 'sons of heaven' (angels). (A noteworthy detail—who were these 'sons of heaven' she referred to?)"

Lamech was not satisfied with his wife's response, so he went to his father, Methuselah, for advice. Methuselah listened to his son and, concerned, went to consult the wise Enoch. It was crucial to determine where this child had come from. The boy appeared more like an angel than a human, with distinct eyes, hair, skin, and an overall appearance that did not match their family.

After hearing this, Enoch sent the elderly Methuselah back with a sorrowful message—the day of the world’s destruction was approaching. However, the same mysterious child, whom the family doubted, was destined to save them from this great catastrophe. For this reason, Enoch instructed his son Lamech to name the child Noah.

The most astonishing thing about this family's story was that Noah's parents had already informed him about the impending flood, and Methuselah had also been warned by Enoch, who later mysteriously disappeared aboard a celestial chariot.

Don't these events raise questions about whether humanity was forcibly settled on Earth by an external civilization? What could be the reason that angels have always helped humans in times of trouble? Listening to this story, one thought comes to mind: the flood on Earth was not a natural disaster; it was deliberately brought to wipe out humanity.

In today's time, if we say that intelligent humans can be created, it might sound absurd. However, the way Tiahuanaco describes the Gateway of the Sun and spaceships, from which a great mother emerged to come to Earth and give birth to children, aligns with ancient religious texts. These texts never stated that God always wanted humans to be created in His own image. Some writings even suggest that creating humans required numerous experiments. Just as unknown intelligent beings from another world might have arrived on Earth, we can assume that we are similar to them.

Despite so much evidence, questions arise when we see how gods made various demands from our ancestors. Their requests were not limited to animal sacrifices. Often, they required coins made of mixed metals, which had to be crafted following specific instructions. The largest known smelting furnace from ancient times was found in Ezion-Geber, an extremely advanced furnace with built-in air chambers for airflow, chimneys, and large open spaces designed for specific purposes. Even modern metallurgy experts cannot explain how copper was smelted in these ancient furnaces. This mystery deepened when massive copper reserves were discovered in the galleries and caves near Ezion-Geber. All these artifacts were at least 5,000 years old.

If today's astronauts explore a planet and encounter ancient civilizations, those people would likely view our astronauts as gods. However, no such extraterrestrial beings have been discovered yet, nor have scientists found planets inhabited by such civilizations. But one thing is certain—if, in the future, our astronauts reach another planet where the inhabitants are far more technologically advanced than us, they will likely laugh at us rather than be in awe.
