Podcasts available through the App may be recorded by independent hosts, guests, contributors, licensors, partners, or third parties. Statements, opinions, interpretations, commentary, predictions, allegations, rumors, reviews, recommendations, and observations expressed during podcasts belong solely to their respective speakers and do not represent the views, opinions, positions, or beliefs of Filmi Chakkar, Krayknot Labs, their owners, employees, affiliates, contractors, licensors, or representatives. Filmi Chakkar does not pre-screen, moderate, or verify third-party podcast content.
Audio advertisements may be supplied by independent third-party advertising providers. Filmi Chakkar does not create, verify, investigate, endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for representations, claims, products, services, offers, promotions, or statements within third-party advertisements. Your interactions with advertisers are solely between you and the respective advertiser; Filmi Chakkar is not a party to any such transaction.
Certain music, sound effects, voice content, or audio materials available through the App may be generated using artificial intelligence technologies. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, unintended outputs, similarities to existing works, or other inherent limitations. Filmi Chakkar makes no warranties regarding the originality, accuracy, completeness, or suitability of such content and expressly disclaims liability for any third-party intellectual property claims arising from AI-generated outputs that we neither authored nor manually curated.
Filmi Chakkar does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, legality, authenticity, availability, timeliness, or suitability of any content made available through the App. Users access, consume, share, or rely upon any content entirely at their own discretion and risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Filmi Chakkar, Krayknot Labs, and their respective owners, operators, directors, affiliates, licensors, advertisers, partners, employees, contractors, agents, and representatives (collectively, "Released Parties") shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary, reputational, economic, personal, emotional, or other damages of any nature arising from or related to:
The presence of any person, celebrity, public figure, organization, brand, advertisement, podcast, interview, discussion, opinion, article, audio recording, or AI-generated content within the App shall not constitute endorsement, sponsorship, approval, recommendation, verification, or affiliation with Filmi Chakkar or Krayknot Labs.
In jurisdictions that do not permit exclusion of certain damages, our liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law. As the App is provided free of charge, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed zero.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, losses, damages, liabilities, judgments, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: your use of the App; your violation of this Policy or any applicable law; your infringement of any third-party right including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights; or any content you submit or transmit through the App.
The App may display, stream, distribute, or provide access to third-party content, advertisements, links, services, products, promotions, websites, applications, podcasts, audio media, or other materials. Such content remains the sole responsibility of the respective third parties. Filmi Chakkar does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, privacy practices, business activities, products, services, representations, statements, or conduct. Any interaction between a user and a third party is solely between the user and that third party. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party service you access.
The App is not intended for children under 13 (or under 16 where required by applicable law, including the GDPR). We do not knowingly collect any information from minors. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has accessed the App, please contact us immediately and we will take appropriate steps to address the matter.
As no personal data is collected or stored, the risk associated with personal data breaches is substantially minimized. However, no system or internet transmission can guarantee absolute security. We implement reasonable technical measures to protect App integrity but cannot warrant complete security.
This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to this Policy or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India. By accessing or using Filmi Chakkar, users knowingly and voluntarily acknowledge and agree that entertainment news, celebrity gossip, commentary, discussions, podcasts, interviews, advertisements, AI-generated media, and related content may contain opinions, speculation, interpretations, public information, editorial viewpoints, satire, humor, rumors, or unverified third-party statements.
Users are solely and exclusively responsible for independently evaluating the accuracy, reliability, completeness, usefulness, and suitability of any content before relying upon it. Use of the App and reliance on its content is entirely at the user's own risk.
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time at our sole discretion. Changes are effective immediately upon posting within the App. Continued use of the App following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy. If changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.
