Cryptic is designed to operate entirely offline. We do not run servers, do not require user accounts, and do not collect, transmit, or store user data externally.

All actions performed using Cryptic occur locally on the user’s device and remain under the user’s sole control.

• No names, emails, phone numbers, or identifiers
• No passwords or passphrases
• No analytics, logs, or telemetry
• No location, camera, microphone, or contact data

4. Locally Processed Data

Cryptic allows users to generate passwords, scrub metadata from files, and view device information. Any data created, saved, or modified through these features exists only on the user’s device.

• Saved passwords are stored locally at the user’s discretion
• Files selected for metadata removal are processed locally
• Device information is displayed but not stored or transmitted

Cryptic does not back up, recover, synchronize, or export user data unless the user explicitly performs such actions.

5. User Responsibility & Acknowledgement

You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for:

• Managing, securing, and backing up your passwords and files
• The consequences of deleting or modifying metadata
• The security of your device and operating system
• Any loss of data, credentials, or access
• Compliance with local laws when using this application

Cryptic does not guarantee password strength, anonymity, data recovery, or protection against misuse.

6. No Warranties

Cryptic is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to:

• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy or reliability of generated passwords
• Effectiveness of metadata removal for all use cases
• Compatibility with all devices or file formats

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Krayknot Labs shall not be liable for:

• Any direct or indirect loss of data or passwords
• Security breaches caused by device compromise
• Misuse or improper use of the application
• Legal consequences arising from user actions
• Damages resulting from reliance on generated content

Use of Cryptic is entirely at your own risk.

8. Third-Party Platforms

Cryptic is distributed through third-party platforms such as Google Play. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for platform-level data handling.

9. Children’s Privacy

Cryptic is not directed toward children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any data from children.
